Refund policy:

Upon obtaining cancellation approval from our business partner, we will expeditiously initiate the refund process to the same method or original payment utilized, ensuring completion within a timeframe of 7-10 business days.

Payment confirmation:

Upon receipt of payment confirmation through the payment gateway, clients will promptly be issued email notifications along with corresponding tax invoices. Furthermore, members have the convenience of accessing their account page to review payment confirmations for various bookings.

No refund policy:

Certain confirmed bookings, particularly during peak seasons, public holidays, and specific car selections, may be non-cancellable with no refund option. This determination is contingent upon the individual terms and conditions established by our business partners. It is imperative to carefully review the cancellation policy during the booking process to preempt any potential disputes.
